Shipping
Everything we make is made slowly, and sent with care. We offer complimentary worldwide shipping, in plastic-free packaging.
When to expect your piece
- Rugs & handmade wall art — hand-tufted to order, and worth the wait: usually 2–8 weeks. Larger rugs (over 11 feet) may take a little longer.
- Furniture — our marble and bone-inlay pieces are made by hand, over 4–16 weeks.
- Everything else — pillows, blankets, bedding, candles and table linens arrive within 2–4 weeks.
A few gentle notes: orders shipping outside the United States may be subject to local customs duties and import fees, which are the recipient's responsibility. For orders over $3,000, a signature is required on delivery, so your piece arrives safely into your hands.
Returns
We hope every piece is one you'll keep for years. If something isn't right:
- We gladly accept returns within 30 days, subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Return shipping is on us for orders within the United States.
- Orders placed outside the United States are final sale.
Pieces should return to us unused and in their original condition. To begin a return, simply get in touch — we'll take care of the rest.
