This was a fortieth birthday present for my wife and she teared up a little. There is real depth in A View of Vianen with a Herdsman and Cattle by a River that cheaper versions lose completely.
My mom has been asking for the link since the day she saw it. My husband could not name a Cuyp painting before this, and now he points A View of Vianen with a Herdsman and Cattle by a River out to guests. My teenage son asked if he could have it for his room, which is unheard of. Full marks from this household.
I have bought a lot of things online that looked better on a screen, and this was the opposite. The texture in A View of Vianen with a Herdsman and Cattle by a River is visible from across the room. The handwritten note in the box was a nice touch that I did not expect.
The size is exactly what the listing said, down to the inch. The blues in A View of Vianen with a Herdsman and Cattle by a River match what I remember from seeing the Cuyp in person.
I would have given five stars if the delivery had not dragged on. I wanted A View of Vianen with a Herdsman and Cattle by a River for this spot for a long time and it mostly delivers. Our building has four flights and no elevator, and the box came up without a scratch. A small letdown on timing, a good result in the end…
I have ordered from four stores this year and this was the only one with no issues. Everything that makes A View of Vianen with a Herdsman and Cattle by a River worth looking at is still there up close.
Great to read, thank you. We are glad it landed in the right spot. - Customer Care
We ordered the poster for the playroom and ended up moving it somewhere everyone can see it. Scale was my worry, and A View of Vianen with a Herdsman and Cattle by a River got exactly the room it needed at this size. 👌
We put money aside for a few months to buy this and I would do it again tomorrow. Everything came double boxed with the corners padded. Summers here run humid from May through September and nothing about it has sagged or warped. I have zero notes.
Six months in, it looks the same as the day it came out of the box. My daughter recognized A View of Vianen with a Herdsman and Cattle by a River from a museum trip we took two summers ago. ⭐
I have ordered from four stores this year and this was the only one with no issues. The detail in A View of Vianen with a Herdsman and Cattle by a River came through far better than I expected at this size. It photographs beautifully, and I send pictures to my mother constantly. It has exceeded what I hoped for.
