Our primary bedroom had been half finished for a year and this was the piece that closed it out. This was my first Titian in the house, and Massacre of the Innocents has more than earned its spot. 😍
I bought this on sale and I am not sure I would pay full price for it. For a Titian at this price, Massacre of the Innocents holds up well. I would order the same thing again in a heartbeat.
Six months in, it looks the same as the day it came out of the box. The texture in Massacre of the Innocents is visible from across the room.
I ordered this for our nursery and it does everything I wanted, with one small caveat. The version of Massacre of the Innocents here beats the one I nearly bought elsewhere. The deep blue sits closer to cream than the white I expected. I emailed twice before I got a shipping update, and then it moved quickly. I will look here first next time.
I had a question before ordering and the answer came back the next morning. There is a small area of Massacre of the Innocents where the definition drops off. I am keeping it, which says enough.
