Panorama from the Sasso Claude Lorrain Tapestry Blanket

My neighbor saw it through the window and ordered one that night. My daughter recognized Panorama from the Sasso from a museum trip we took two summers ago. It has held up to two kids and a golden retriever without any complaints from me. Everything came double boxed with the corners padded.

I ordered during a busy season, so I expected a wait, and I got one. At four stars I would still say Panorama from the Sasso does what I hoped in this room.

The listing photos are flattering, which I expected, and it is still nice in person. At four stars I would still say Panorama from the Sasso does what I hoped in this room.

I ordered on a Sunday night and it was at my door Wednesday morning. A Lorrain at this price seemed too good to be true, and Panorama from the Sasso proved me wrong. The blanket came rolled with tissue between every layer and not one crease anywhere. Genuinely one of the best things I have bought online.

I bought this after two months of looking and I wish I had done it sooner. I grew up with Panorama from the Sasso on a calendar in my grandmother's kitchen and this is a far better version. It reached Portland in four days, which never happens with anything I order.

We have had this a few months now and it has settled in well. The darker parts of Panorama from the Sasso lose a bit of detail under lamplight. The stone on the blanket has more gray in it than the listing photo suggested. The weight of the blanket is more than the photos suggest.

For the money I expected perfection and got something close to it. My father spotted Panorama from the Sasso from the doorway and asked about it. It has stayed exactly the same since the week it came. Afternoon light in this room is intense, so I kept it out of the direct beam and the color has not shifted. It has made the reading nook noticeably better.

My mom has been asking for the link since the day she saw it. Nobody walks past Panorama from the Sasso without stopping. The scale works exactly the way I measured it out beforehand. I have sent the link to four people already… 🙂

I have ordered from four stores this year and this was the only one with no issues. The blues in Panorama from the Sasso match what I remember from seeing the Lorrain in person. Caring for the blanket took about a minute using the instructions they included. Our cabin outside Bend is bright all summer and this looks right in it.

My family room is small and this still worked, though it is close to the limit. I bought it for Panorama from the Sasso and I am glad I did. It works with the oak trim that came with the house, which almost nothing does.

It looks great in daylight and a little flat under our lamps at night. I wanted Panorama from the Sasso for this spot for a long time and it mostly delivers. The colors are muted rather than bold, which suits us fine. The gripes are small enough that I will be back.
