My wife is more taken with this than I am, and I am plenty happy. The tones in Adoration of the Shepherds lean warmer than the Guardi I have seen at the museum. I will look here first next time. 👌
Our hallway had been half finished for a year and this was the piece that closed it out. Ordering this meant seeing Adoration of the Shepherds every single morning, which was the whole point.
Customer service was polite and quick when I asked about the lead time. I wanted Adoration of the Shepherds for this spot for a long time and it mostly delivers. It has stayed exactly the same since the week it came. We moved from a studio in Manhattan out to Queens and this came through the move fine. Recommended, with the caveat about the wait. 😍
I read every review before ordering and I can confirm they were all accurate. Standing six feet back, Adoration of the Shepherds reads exactly the way it should.
The photos on the site are honest, which is more than I can say for most places. Every figure in Adoration of the Shepherds is sharp enough to pick out, which I did not expect from a Guardi at this price.
