I would have been happier paying half this much for the same thing.
The packaging alone told me these people care about what they ship. This was my first Ruisdael in the house, and Landscape with Tree on Road to Buildings has more than earned its spot. It got here ahead of the estimate and in perfect condition. It survived a move from Seattle to Boise in the back of a pickup. I will be back before the holidays…
The size is exactly what the listing said, down to the inch. One full winter with the heat running and it looks brand new.
I ordered this on a whim during a sale and it turned out to be the best thing I bought all year. Standing six feet back, Landscape with Tree on Road to Buildings reads exactly the way it should.
The finish is uneven and there are marks that were not in any photo. There is a strange green cast over all of Landscape with Tree on Road to Buildings. The stitching on the pillow came loose within the first month. Not something I would recommend.
