I have bought a lot of things online that looked better on a screen, and this was the opposite. The tones in Summer Pierre shift as the light changes through the day. Anyone hesitating should just place the order. 🙂
This was a fortieth birthday present for my wife and she teared up a little. Scale was my worry, and Summer Pierre got exactly the room it needed at this size. No complaints from me whatsoever.
I bought this on sale and I am not sure I would pay full price for it. At four stars I would still say Summer Pierre does what I hoped in this room. The box showed some wear from the trip and the contents were untouched. Delivery came with a real signature rather than a doorstep drop.
Customer service told me the damage happened in transit and that ended the conversation. Everything subtle in Summer Pierre has been flattened out of existence.
We owe you an apology and a resolution. Your order was refunded in full this morning and you do not need to send anything back. - Customer Care
The photos on this listing are doing an enormous amount of work. Colors in Summer Pierre arrived murky, with none of the depth in the photos. Nothing about the finish is even. The only good part was that it eventually arrived.
