I was expecting to be a little disappointed and I was not, not even slightly. Everything that makes stonewashed linen worth looking at is still there up close. The veining across the sheet set is dramatic without being busy. Two people have taken a photo of it to send to someone else.
My neighbor saw it through the window and ordered one that night. My daughter recognized stonewashed linen from a museum trip we took two summers ago.
There is nothing wrong with it and nothing special about it either. The best part of this is stonewashed linen, and the execution is average. There is a chemical smell that took about a week to fade. It has not changed my life or ruined my week.
