I ordered this on a whim during a sale and it turned out to be the best thing I bought all year. I have seen Spring Landscape in books for twenty years and this is the first version that felt right. Everything came double boxed with the corners padded. You will not find better at this price.
Two of us carried the box in expecting the worst and everything inside was perfectly protected. Ordering this meant seeing Spring Landscape every single morning, which was the whole point. Radiator heat and drafty old windows have not done a thing to it since December.
The quality is fine for a chain store, and this is not a chain store price. Colors in Spring Landscape came out muted rather than rich.

Nothing about this felt like a gamble once I opened it. The blues in Spring Landscape match what I remember from seeing the Cuyp in person. We keep the thermostat down all winter and this makes the dining room feel warmer than it is. Full marks from this household.
The description was accurate for the blanket we received, in a slightly lighter tone than the photos. Cropping is the one thing I would change about how Spring Landscape was handled.
