This is my honest middle-of-the-road review after a month of living with it. Seeing Landscape with the Pilgrim at Prayer in person after all this has been a little deflating. For roughly this money I have bought better elsewhere. There is a chemical smell that took about a week to fade. I wanted better and I got adequate.

Two of us carried the box in expecting the worst and everything inside was perfectly protected. This was my first Canaletto in the house, and Landscape with the Pilgrim at Prayer has more than earned its spot.
My mother in law asked about it within ten minutes of walking in. Buying a Canaletto online felt risky and Landscape with the Pilgrim at Prayer came out fine. It has grown on me since it arrived.
This was an expensive lesson in reading between the lines of a product page.
