Customer service was polite and quick when I asked about the lead time. Edges around Adoration of the Shepherds are slightly tighter than the listing image showed. It took a couple of days of moving things around before it looked right. Good enough that I am considering a second one.
The materials feel good and the finish is even, top to bottom. I get more comments about Adoration of the Shepherds than about anything else we own. The price is high for the category, and the quality mostly justifies it. Fog rolls in most mornings out here and it has stayed fresh through all of it. It solves the problem I bought it for.
