The sepia is exactly what showed on my monitor, which almost never happens. My daughter recognized the Bath from a museum trip we took two summers ago.
The quality is obvious the second you get it out of the box. Buying this came down to the Bath, and it was the right call.
I would have given five stars if the delivery had not dragged on. Anyone who knows Degas will recognize the Bath from across the room. The stone on the blanket has more gray in it than the listing photo suggested. Our building has four flights and no elevator, and the box came up without a scratch.
This arrived creased down the middle and the store offered ten percent off to keep it. Contrast in the Bath is so heavy that the midtones are gone.
