It sat at a distribution center for five days with no updates, which was frustrating. My friends recognized The Isolated Fort immediately, which I enjoyed more than I expected.
This was a fortieth birthday present for my wife and she teared up a little. This was my first Corot in the house, and The Isolated Fort has more than earned its spot. The handwritten note in the box was a nice touch that I did not expect. Five stars, and easily earned.
I nearly canceled the order when it was late, and I am glad I did not. The detail in The Isolated Fort is good, though not as crisp as the close-up photos suggested. I have recommended it to two people already, with a note about the wait.
My neighbor saw it through the window and ordered one that night. 👌
I ordered this on a whim during a sale and it turned out to be the best thing I bought all year. You have a repeat customer in me.
