The store did answer my questions, just slowly. I asked about the delay and got a form response the first time. The color is noticeably flatter in person than on the site. Average on nearly every measure.
Thank you for the review. Your comments about the wait have gone to the team who handles shipping. - the Slow Objet team
My neighbor saw it through the window and ordered one that night. The veining across the rug is dramatic without being busy. Genuinely one of the best things I have bought online.
This is the rare thing that looks better in my house than it did on the website. Colors across frame design are deep and even, right out to the edges. Everything about the experience was easy.
Great to read, thank you. We are glad it landed in the right spot. - Customer Care
This cost less than the two other options I was weighing and it beat both of them. The tones in frame design shift as the light changes through the day. Support answered my email the same afternoon with an actual answer. Even my father in law said something, and he never says anything. I am telling my whole book club about this store. ✨
We put the rug in the nursery the night it came and the space finally makes sense. Scale was my worry, and frame design got exactly the room it needed at this size. Everything about the fit in the nursery came out right on the first try.
Customer service was polite and quick when I asked about the lead time. I get more comments about frame design than about anything else we own. I would order again, though I would order earlier next time. Happy enough to leave a review, which I rarely do.
So glad it landed well. We will pass this along to the crew who packed your order. - Nadia, Customer Care
My mom has been asking for the link since the day she saw it. Buying this came down to frame design, and it was the right call.
