The photos on the site are honest, which is more than I can say for most places. It got here ahead of the estimate and in perfect condition. The colors are richer in daylight than they looked on my laptop. We keep the thermostat down all winter and this makes the guest bedroom feel warmer than it is.
Shipping was slower than the estimate, though the item itself is very good. I looked at three sellers before choosing this Rubens, and Massacre of the Innocents was the right call. Summers here run humid from May through September and nothing about it has sagged or warped. Recommended, with the caveat about the wait…
This showed up three days after I ordered it and I have not stopped looking at it since. My husband could not name a Rubens painting before this, and now he points Massacre of the Innocents out to guests. It shipped the day after I ordered, with a real tracking number that worked.
Happy this worked out. Let us know how it holds up over the year. - the Slow Objet team
I nearly canceled the order when it was late, and I am glad I did not. Colors in Massacre of the Innocents are a little softer than the listing images. Tracking went quiet for about a week in the middle. It is not flawless up close, and from a normal distance it looks great. The gripes are small enough that I will be back.
Two of us carried the box in expecting the worst and everything inside was perfectly protected. The texture in Massacre of the Innocents is visible from across the room. Buy it, you will not regret it…
