Peter Paul Rubens' The Wedding of Peleus and Thetis sets the gods at feast — a mythical gathering of figures and abundance, staged with the sweep and warmth of the high Baroque. Woven into a reversible throw, that crowded, celebratory scene turns into deep, inviting colour for the sofa or reading chair. Folded over the arm it hangs like a banquet held still, gold and movement in every fold — a rich, storied layer to live alongside and draw close of an evening.

  • Jacquard-woven, double-sided and reversible; finished with fringed edges
  • Soft, cosy cotton-blend — a warm layer and a piece of art at once
  • Machine washable; made to order

Arrived early, packed beautifully

I sent this to a friend for her new place and she called the minute it landed. The tones in The Wedding of Peleus and Thetis shift as the light changes through the day. Our 1960s split-level has low ceilings and this suits the scale.

Ten out of ten.

We put the blanket in the mudroom the night it came and the space finally makes sense.

The tracking updated at every step and it landed a day ahead of the estimate. My husband could not name a Rubens painting before this, and now he points The Wedding of Peleus and Thetis out to guests. Buy it, you will not regret it.

I asked about dimensions before ordering and had a clear answer within the hour. I am telling my whole book club about this store. 😍
